Who we are
We are Nob Hill Outlet. The legal seller is G&I NOB HILL CLEANERS LLC. This site sells goods only: unclaimed, trade-in, and pre-owned clothing and home textiles. In-shop cleaning is a separate counter service and is not sold as a product on yakimaoutletcleaners.com.

Local pickup only
We do not ship. There is no mail delivery, no courier, no freight, and no dropship. When you order on this site, you are buying an item for pickup at our shop in Yakima, Washington. We do not offer worldwide shipping. Checkout is in US dollars (USD). Any Washington sales tax due is shown at checkout.

Shopify may label pickup as a “shipping” option at checkout. For us, that option means in-person pickup only.

Shop hours
Monday–Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Please come during those hours. If you are running late, call or text before you arrive.

How pickup works
After you pay, we hold the item at the shop. We do not send it out and we do not mark it as handed over until you actually pick it up.

When you get here, call or text us. Staff will bring your order out. Have your order number or the name on the order ready.

How long we hold a paid order
We hold a paid order for 7 days from the order date. If it is not picked up by then, we cancel it, refund the original payment method, and put the item back out for sale. We do this so reserved goods do not sit forever. There is no hold fee and no restocking fee.

If you need more time, contact us before the 7 days are up. We will try to help when we can, but we cannot promise an extension on every order.

What you are buying
These are pre-owned, unclaimed, or trade-in goods. We clean and inspect them before we list them. They are not new retail. Honest wear can still be there: fading, small pulls, light pilling, gentle creases, or other signs of a previous life. We describe what we see. Please read the listing and look at the photos before you pay.

Missed pickup or questions
If you cannot make it, email or call us as soon as you can. If you never pick up, the 7-day hold above applies and we refund you.
