These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you shop at Nob Hill Outlet, the online store at yakimaoutletcleaners.com (the “Store”). The Store is operated by G&I NOB HILL CLEANERS LLC, a Washington limited liability company (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By browsing or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.
1. Who we are and what we sell
Nob Hill Outlet sells pre-owned, unclaimed, and trade-in clothing and home textiles. We do not sell dry-cleaning or other cleaning services through this Store.

2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to place an order. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must place the order and is responsible for it.
3. One-of-a-kind inventory
Most items are unique. Once an item sells, we usually cannot replace it. If two customers order the same item, the first completed, paid order generally has priority. We may cancel the later order and refund any amount charged.
4. Photos and descriptions
When we can, listing photos show the actual item you will receive. Descriptions are honest, but these are used goods. Expect normal wear, fading, small marks, or other signs of prior use unless the listing says otherwise. Colors can look slightly different on screens. Please read the listing and look at the photos before you buy.
5. Prices, taxes, and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Sales tax and any other amounts due are calculated and shown at checkout. Payment is due when you place the order, through the methods offered at checkout.
We may correct obvious pricing, tax, or listing errors. If we find an error after you order, we will contact you. We may cancel the order and refund you if we cannot honor the listed terms.
6. Orders, pickup, and cancellation
An order is an offer to buy. We may accept, refuse, or cancel an order if:
- the item is already sold, damaged, or unavailable;
- there is a pricing, tax, or listing error;
- payment does not go through; or
- we reasonably suspect unauthorized use of a payment method or other misuse of the Store.
If we cancel after you have been charged, we will refund the amount charged for that order.
Pickup is at the address above during shop hours. Bring your order confirmation. We hold a paid order for 7 days from the order date. If you do not pick up by then, we cancel the order, refund the original payment method, and may put the item back on sale.
You may cancel a paid order before pickup for a full refund by emailing us or calling us. After pickup, you cannot cancel. Returns after pickup follow our Return and Refund Policy.
7. As-is; used goods
Items are sold as-is, as pre-owned or unclaimed goods. To the fullest extent Washington law allows for used goods sold as-is:
- we do not promise that an item is new, unused, or free of wear;
- we do not give extra written warranties beyond what these Terms, the listing, and our Return and Refund Policy say.
Nothing in these Terms takes away rights you cannot waive under Washington law.
8. Returns
Please read our Return and Refund Policy. In short: no returns for fit, taste, or change of mind. We refund or exchange within 7 days of pickup only if the item is materially not as described, you received the wrong item, or it has undisclosed damage. As-Is Bargains items are final sale except if we give you the wrong item.
9. How you may use the Store
You may use the Store to browse and buy for personal, lawful purposes. You may not:
- use the Store for fraud, scams, or unauthorized payment activity;
- scrape, copy, or misuse site content at scale;
- interfere with the Store or other customers;
- misrepresent who you are; or
- use the Store in any way that breaks the law.
We may refuse service, cancel orders, or block access if we reasonably believe these rules were broken.
10. Our content
The Store’s text, layout, logos, and photos (except where a listing says otherwise) are owned by us or used with permission. You may not copy or reuse Store content for your own commercial site or listings without our written permission. Product photos are for shopping this Store, not for resale catalogs.
11. Limitation of liability
We are a small local shop. To the fullest extent Washington law allows:
- our total liability for any claim related to an order or the Store is limited to the amount you paid us for that order; and
- we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or other indirect or consequential damages.
This does not limit liability for our own fraud, willful misconduct, or anything else that Washington law does not let us limit.
12. Privacy
How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy on the Store. We use order and contact details to process pickup orders and to communicate with you about your purchase.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use of the Store after an update means you accept the revised Terms for new orders. Existing paid orders stay under the Terms in effect when you placed them, unless the law requires otherwise.
14. Governing law and venue
These Terms and any dispute related to the Store or an order are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue is the state courts in Yakima County, Washington, unless the law requires a different forum (for example, small claims).
15. Other terms
If a court finds part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest still applies. These Terms, together with the listing, checkout pages, and any other Store policies we post, are the agreement between you and us for Store purchases.
